Managing mortgage brokerage and loan operations as well as residential, commercial, and investment real estate transactions has prepared Mirtha to understand the nuances of every deal and how every client requires unique attention to detail.

After many years of working with brokers, realtors, and loan officers as a transaction coordinator, Mirtha leveraged her project management and leadership skills as an executive assistant and launched Elevated Virtual Solutions.
